Mr. Paulson was determined to recreate his childhood memories through his own cinnamon and sugar product. After finding the cinnamon in Indonesia, Mr. Paulson flew to the remote island of Mauritius. This island paradise produces some of the world’s most flavorful sugar. Wandering through the vast fields of sugarcane Mr. Paulson knew he had found the perfect compliment to his cinnamon.
