Winding through the fertile fields of South Africa surrounding Cape Town is an area of land known for growing grapes world renowned for some of the finest wines on the planet. Walking through the vibrant vineyards one afternoon, Mr. Paulson eyed some red pepper plants growing in the sunshine. The vines were vibrant, their fruit a mild blend of the best red peppers on the continent.
Mr. Paulson admired the dense full body provided through the nutrient rich soil before taking a bite. Immediately, Mr. Paulson knew he had found a taste worthy of being combined with the full flavored Chinese Garlic and Romania Coriander he had found in years past.  allows these full flavors to be released in harmony on anything from eggs to soup, meats to pasta, to good old fashion backyard barbecue.
