Dear Mr. Paulson,
We were part of your salt & pepper research and I want to tell you that after 2 months of using your product I cannot express enough the good taste and the savings made by a top opening grinder. I have used bottom opening grinders only to find that the next user wastes up to 1 teaspoon of precious tasting salt or pepper onto their table cloth.
We, as a family who need to be aware of their rands and cents, find that this product is so versatile that even my children use the salt and pepper and are very happy to share their ideas of "waste not want not" with their friends. Teen-agers usually do not want to be individuals but my son was happy to tell his friends that he felt that a top opening grinder is far more practical and looks far more elegant on an entertainment table than a regular sticky salt and pepper cellar. I just wish that your product was available in South Africa with additional spices and herbs.

I ordered some of your grinders for stocking stuffers last year and really liked them and so did all the ones I put the grinders in. Well lo and behold yesterday when I was at Costco there they were, I was so excited so I bought 3 of the packages and noticed alot of other people did too.
